Each session with Kathryn Shearer is 50 to 60 minutes in length, involves counseling, hypnosis and instruction in the use of self-hypnosis so you will be able to reinforce your own progress and keep yourself on track.

The fee for each session is $125. When you schedule your phone session your credit or debit card will be charged $50, and the balance of $75 will be charged at the conclusion of your session.
